A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non student for drving while intoxicated,
after observing a traffic violation in the 2500 block of the Marsha Sharp
Freeway access road. The non student was transported to the Lubbock
County Jail. The vehicle was impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Services. See
offense report #10-2018.
