A Texas Tech Officer detained a male student, following a welfare check in
Coleman Hall. The male student was released pending the filing of charges
with the Lubbock County District Attorney’s Office for possession of
marijuana. He was also issued a Lubbock County citation for possession of
drug paraphernalia and released. See offense report # 12-1862.

A Texas Tech Officer investigated robbery, which occurred on the 1st floor of
the Flint Avenue Parking Facility. A student’s shirt was taken from him by
intimidation by numerous members of a fraternity. The shirt had the fraternity
emblem on it and the student was a former pledge. See offense report #121863.
