TTPD
A Texas Tech Officer issued a student a Lubbock County citation for
possession of a fictitious license and consumption of alcohol by minor.
Another student was also issued a Lubbock County citation for consumption
of alcohol by minor, which occurred in the Weymouth Residence Hall lobby.
Both students signed the citations and were released. See offense report
# 13-1730.
