TTPD
A Texas Tech Officer issued a student a Lubbock County citation for driving
under the influence of alcohol by minor following a traffic stop, which
occurred in the Z4-P parking lot. The student signed the citation and was
released. The student’s vehicle was left legally parked in the Z4-P parking
lot. See offense report # 13-1825.
