A Texas Tech Officer arrested a non-student for three outstanding Lubbock
County Sheriff’s Department warrants, following a traffic stop in the 3500
block of 10th Street. The non-student was transported to the Lubbock County
Jail. The vehicle was impounded by Lubbock Wrecker Service. See offense
report # 13-0417.
