Barry L. Shaw, CPA
Barry Shaw is a partner of Wolf & Company LLP with over thirty
years of experience. Barry’s areas of expertise include accounting,
audit, tax and general business services including management
consulting, performance improvement, operations reviews,
forecasts and projections, and strategic planning to a variety of
industries and disciplines.
Barry has spent his entire professional career in public accounting
serving not-for-profit organizations and closely held businesses.
He also heads up the audit and accounting work of employee
benefits plans, providing consultative services related to these
plans.
In addition to providing traditional accounting and tax services to
his clients, Barry is a firm believer in offering each client valueadded services that include consulting support and management
assistance. Barry brings a unique perspective to every engagement
that allows him to maximize opportunities, minimize exposure and
risk and identify key issues and challenges facing his clients.
Barry received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business
Administration from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, Indiana.
He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public
Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society and has involvement in
various professional and community service activities.
