Develop models of service delivery. Participate with the Program Manager in setting short-term and long-range goals and developing and operational plan to meet the goals. Conduct ongoing review and assessment of staff’s training needs. Monitor case activity and foster home service quality. Provide training needs for foster families. Serve as back up when staff are not available. Disseminate information. Participate in discussions regarding reports on foster families and determine appropriateness for maintain licenses and when to terminate licenses for foster parents. Stay current on federal and state policies related to child welfare, licensing standards, and finances. Process applications, complete reviews, and maintain on-going cases. *NOTE - A criminal background check will be conducted.
