It is located in a thriving metropolitan area on the scenic northern coast of the Gulf of Mexico. A Master’s degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management or a related discipline is required. An earned doctorate in Hospitality and Tourism Management or a related discipline, experience teaching hospitality and tourism courses at a post-secondary institution, operational and teaching experience in food and beverage operations, food sanitation and safety, catering, quality service management, special events management, cost controls and operations financial reporting; and management experience, including employee recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision, in the hospitality/tourism industry is preferred.
