PURPOSE
The 10th Day SMIS Extract is used for:
o IPEDS, Estimated Fall Enrollment survey for full-time and part-time students
 Undergraduates (all students)
 Undergraduates (first-time, degree/certificate-seeking students)
 Graduates
o 10th Day Enrollment Analysis: fall, winter and spring quarters
SCHEDULING
The 10th Day SMIS data pull requires that MG001R be run and then MG005Q be run.
This should be done on the actual 10th day of your college’s quarter.

MG001R—CREATES 10th Day SMIS Student and Class Data
 Run in production the night before MG005Q is run to create the files
 NOTE: This job must complete prior to running MG005Q
 Select the following 12 jobs when scheduling the jobgroup:
