If you are sending books from outside Canada, we request that you use regular mail or a courier/shipping company.
Proper customs channels must be adhered to. Dalhousie University will NOT accept collect shipments or those requiring brokerage fees. Please ensure that shipments reach the university in ample time.

The Conference Committee and/or Dalhousie University, the employees thereof, or their representatives will not be responsible for the safety of exhibits against robbery, damage by fire, accident or other causes prior to, during or subsequent to the period covered by the exhibit contract. Exhibitors should provide their own insurance for equipment and displays.
The exhibit areas will be locked when not in use.
CANCELLATIONS: The treasurer of the CEA must be notified of any cancellations by writing to frances_woolley@carleton.ca prior to May 13, 2007 .
A 50% administration fee will be withheld.
No refunds will be issued after May 13th.
