A. Creating and Sustaining an Agile Infrastructure
The pressure to deliver business solutions more quickly
to market, and I&O’s role supporting that, has never
been greater. This track helps I&O leaders optimize their
data center strategies and evolve to become a valued
strategic partner to the business and meet the needs of
external customers.
B. Achieving IT Operations Excellence in a FastMoving World
IT operations management works “behind the curtain”
in many IT organizations, ensuring that infrastructure
components are operational, business applications
remain available and users are satisfied. This track
guides I&O leaders through new ways of evaluating and
investing in technology, maturity, process improvement
and IT service management.
C. Navigating the Journey to Cloud-Delivered Services
Cloud computing is now a mainstream component of
enterprise IT, but confusion over it still runs rampant.
This track helps attendees build and progress their cloud
strategy as they move toward a digital business.
D. Data Center Modernization: Staying Agile in
Chaotic Times
The value proposition of the traditional data center is
undergoing increased scrutiny. This track helps define
the path data center managers must chart — both
near- and longer-term — to drive forward initiatives for
cost optimization and facilities planning.
E. Technologies that Power the Digital Enterprise
In order to power the move to digital business, enterprises
need to adopt technologies that enable new ways of
working, evolving end-user facing services such as client
computing and embracing systems that enable mobility.
This track will focus on how with smart planning and
investment in novel technologies, enterprises can improve
their business agility and deliver effective services while
keeping cost and risk under control.
