possibly occupiable lots create an immediate density. Simple wood
framed boxes can be used for a multitude of purposes, including
greenhouse, garden storage, power or water source, location for a
hydroponic system, etc.

These features can activate bare and underutilized spaces through
densification, program activities, as well as environmental benefits such
as reducing summer heat and winter cold.

An object in the landscape, the market evokes a feeling of unity
with an multi-tonal interwoven facade representing a basket.
Welcoming and interesting, the market also provides a place for
those residents that grow their own food to interact with others in
the community who may want to purchase the locally-grown
fruits and vegetables. Simple and repeatable, the market can be
reproduced in multiple sizes to fit onto varying lot sizes, or added
incrementally to larger lots.
