2231 - GRAZING PERMITS WITH TERM STATUS (EXCEPT GRAZING
AGREEMENTS)
2231.22 - Qualification Requirements.
2231.22a – Term Permits
Land owned and used by the permittee for a farm or ranch operation and cannot be leased to
another entity.
Base property will be a maximum of 40 acres containing basic livestock handling facilities such
as water development and corrals, barn, calving or lambing sheds.
