Dr. Turkmani is the owner and CEO of Taybah for Healthcare Consulting, a local woman-owned
business in the Dallas area. She is currently providing consulting services to Yale University's
Center for Outcomes Research and Evaluation by serving as the technical lead for the
implementation of the national public reporting of hospital mortality, readmission, and
complications measures as required by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services .
