SPE 556 ($50) have been approved.
The following have been returned for revision: RHB 493D,SPE 594, SPE 442, SPE 445, RHB 340,
RHB 325, COU 528. Commentary primarily requested well-defined itemization and the removal
of language referring to grants. Also, please remove commentary that indicates prior
submission.
