(EAP)
• EAP is an employer-sponsored, systematic, and longterm support and benefit program. It is designed to
assist employees and their family members in getting
help for mental and behavioral problems, so as to
improve the effective of the employees and the
organization.
• It generally includes counseling for employees and
their household members.
