The H&PCLC conference has evolved and changed over time to encompass all areas

Based in Washington, DC, the H&PCLC now serves a global community of
professionals working in the personal care and pharmaceutical industries.
The H&PCLC works to influence current and future logistics regulatory issues,
including security and compliance issues.

The conference employs legal counsel to:
• Provide support for conference members in federal and state regulatory
proceedings involving logistics issues affecting their companies.
• Provide legal support for individuals of member companies negotiating
agreements for supply chain or logistics services.
• Act as a spokesperson recognized by the US Congress as an expert on
logistics matters affecting member industries.
• Act as the conference’s Washington watchdog by protecting member
interests in legislation that affects their companies.
• Allow members to benefit from 31+ years of experience in transportation
