Game Day for Cells

This project is to help you summarize the importance of cells and their function. You may choose to work with one or two partners. You and your partners will all receive the same grade, so choose peers who will work equally as hard as you will for a good grade.
This project is designed to stimulate your creative side. I want you to design a board game that utilizes cell structures and functions to meet a challenge or solve a problem. RULE: only one of each type of game per class is allowed (Example: only one bingo game per class, one jeopardy game, etc.), so the first group to tell me their game idea will be the only ones to do that game. The point of this project is to give you some freedom to use your creativity.
This project should be interesting and reflect the personalities of you (& your group.) Reference any outside resources you use.
Required Elements: (Use Chapter 6 as a starting point)
 Energy
 Surface area to volume ratio
 Compartmental Function of at least 9 organelles
 Interaction between organelles
 Fluid Mosaic Model of Membrane
Specialized Cell Elements: (Use Chapter 40 as a starting point)
 Main function(s) of your cell
 Context of the cell in a tissue and organ
 Any particular organelles that need to be highlighted for your specialized cell.
Visuals are important in this!!
