- Design and handle large amounts of data in Web applications
- Understanding the business requirements and existing products architecture

Education
- Engineering Degree in CS/IT/EC, MSc CS, MCA
Skills
- Java/J2EE design and development skills.
- SDLC and OOPS concepts
- Strong Object Oriented design skills
- Java IDEs (Eclipse, Netbeans)
- Core Java, Servlets/JSP/EJB, Spring
- Web Services (SOAP, REST)
- Hibernate
- Multithreading
- Java design patterns, Data Structures
- RDBMS, SQL proficiency
- Unit Testing
- Agile methodologies or iterative development processes
Work Experience
- Java/J2EE: 4-7 years
- Core Java: 3 years
- RDBMS (Sql Server/Oracle/Informix): 3-5 years
Preferred:
- Working experience on IBM Informix
- Knowledge on domains like Metering, Energy Utility
- Knowledge on tools like Cognos, Pentaho etc
- Agile methodology
Job Location - Bangalore
CTC Budget - 7-8 Lakh Per Annum. Again will depend on the current salary of the candidate
and the competency level
