Assignments (Home work) Course Description: The course gives a broad outlook about bank performance and its operation in investment. Investment values, construction and prerequisites of investment programs, measurement of risk and return. Economic, Industry and fundamental security analysis, in addition to bond & stock valuations. Course Objectives: The course aims to improve the student’s knowledge about various investment alternatives and it values in the field of investors. It gives students a broad outlook of investment valuation and its calculation about return. . Syllabus Page 2 of 3 Investment Management Performance Evaluation: The grade will be based upon the following: First Exam Second Project (Exam) Class Participation & Activity Final Project (Exam) 20% 20% 10% 50% Student Responsibility: M o b i l e phones must be turned off during class time and Students must maintain decorum and participate in class discussion and critiques. Failure will result in grade reduction. Students are expected to follow OCMT’s standardized attendance policy. Lecture attendance is mandatory. Students are allowed maximally of 15% absentia of the total module hours. Assignments should be submitted on stipulated time (Late papers will not be accepted).
