Role and responsibility: Asst.Manager Logistics Operations :
Ensure all shipment are moved timely with all required documentation through 3pls like
Aramex, DHl, Fedex. And maintain high level accuracy and manage shipment alerts. Domestic
Logistics: Support and Manage local outlet deliveries and collections manage drivers schedule.
Manage import shipments to customs Bonded, Ensure team adhere receiving of goods under

Spare parts management:

Critical parts management and Reverse logistics:
Flash logistics: customers: F5, Palo Alto ,Sonus International, Motorola EMS ,SSCS . Handled
Flash operation for Dubai and KSA, Prime activity to meet the SLA fixed for each deliveries and
collection, RMA validations. Driving special projects and Warehouse move, timely inbound of
device collected and transferred through Flash Trac system. Monitoring other center operation
