Notebook: One binder for homework assignments – Dividers for the binder
Attendance: Attendance will be taken at the beginning of the class period.
Tardiness: Tardiness is defined as after I begin class. Any material missed due to the tardiness will not
be covered again during that session. It is the student’s responsibility to make up any work missed due
to tardiness. If you are late, do not disrupt the class
Detailed Course Evaluation: Grades will be determined according to the following format:

Late Assignments Policy: Work will not be accepted more than one week late and will be subject to
penalty points.
Make-up Exam Policy: Students are expected to take each exam on the scheduled days. If a make-up
exam is allowed, it is necessary to make arrangements with the instructor prior to the scheduled exam
date. There is no make-up for the final exam.
Homework Assignments & Notebook:
Homework assignments are given at each class session and are included in your Notebook. Your
notebook will be graded as to presentation and completeness of materials on the exam day. Include Your
name and Homework Project #, assignment # on all printouts.
Your notebook/folder must contain:
 Tabs with dividers (one for each section)
 A title page in the front of the notebook/folder that includes the student's first and last name, class informati
class meeting day, class time
 A cover page for each section
 All completed Homework assignments.
