Teachers will use Reading strategies learned through Professional Development training in the
following content areas:

Students’ will learn literacy strategies in Reading to improve their ability to process information quickly
and respond to questions related to the text. Growing standardized test scores in Reading (7-10%) by

distracter elimination skills along with practice and mastery of graphing calculators and breaking down

position, while focusing on their topic and maintaining effective use of language skills. Growing

warm-ups. The skills developed through practice will provide our students growth necessary to
increase standardized test scores (7-10%) by 2014
