VIOLATION TOLERANCE Violation warning tolerance level is to be structured as two (2) warnings for the same type of violation, followed by a “booting” or “tow” on the second offense. Recon personnel will document all warnings that are issued into a database as well as photographing any and all, citations, booting or tows.
