VIOLATION TOLERANCE
Violation warning tolerance level is to be structured as two (2)
warnings for the same type of violation, followed by a “booting”
or “tow” on the second offense.
Recon personnel will document all warnings that are
issued into a database as well as photographing any
and all, citations, booting or tows.

LIGHTING CHECKS
LIGHTING CHECKS ARE PERFORMED ON EVERY PATROL. IF EXTERIOR PARKING LOT
LIGHTS ARE FOUND TO BE INOPERABLE, A PINK CONSTRUCTION RIBBON IS TIED
AROUND THE POLE FOR EASY RECOGNITION AND AN EMAIL WITH THE POLE ID AND OR
LOCATION IS SENT YOUR PROPERTY MANAGER AND BOARD.
IRRIGATION FLAGS
When on a routine parking enforcement
patrol if a PES observes a sprinkler head
malfunctioning and spewing water, a
marker flag will be place at the location and
an email report will be sent to your property
manager and board liaison.

PARKING ENFORCEMENT PROGRAMS
Warning Violations are issued to all vehicles in non-compliance with the clients parking
rules and regulations. Daily / Monthly reports issued with tracking of all violations,
immobilizations and tows to including the photographs of each violation is available via
our website for clients to view and download.
Databases for properties that take advantage of the decal permit program.
The client bares the cost of the property specific warnings tickets, which becomes
property / documentation of the association.
All boots and tows are properly documented and photographed and or filmed prior to
being called in to the booting or towing company. This is to clearly demonstrate the
violation to which the vehicle is being booted or towed for. It also documents the
condition of the vehicle and locates any locations on the vehicle where damage is preexisting, as well as to inventory the interior contents of the vehicle.
