Each of these domains contains further sub-categories of interaction and impact. Natural resources will
include energy, materials and water inputs, for instance.
The firm is requested to prepare a report on the activities and performance based on the
following points and send the word editable copy along with a pdf file to :

Questionnaire for Waste Management
At the beginning of the report please write an executive summary of not more than two
pages in 11 Arial font size. And give a flow chart of the processes showing inputs and
outputs. Show the waste generation points and recycling activities, energy savings and heat /
energy utilization.
Where the point is not applicable, you may write not applicable.
