Current openings are for our ORD (Chicago O’Hare location). Positions are full time, must be able
to work weekends, holidays and a flexible schedule.
Openings:
Airline Driver-Load catering vehicle according to offloading specifications, ensure airline is
correctly catered and all equipment is in place. Load and unload aircraft in a safe and efficient
manner, off load vehicles at facility to ensure efficient processing of airline equipment. Verify meal
carts based on flight configuration. Verify flight for completeness to ensure your carts are
complete, monitor temperatures of carts to ensure HACCP compliance, drive safely, follow airport
transportation driving rules. Must possess a CDL B license, Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the
aircraft field operations experience, good understanding of aircraft galleys and In-flight catering,
customs seal requirement and TSA, ability to work as a team member, able to lift, push and pull at
least 50lbs, Must be able to speak, read, and write fluently in English is required.
Flight Coordinators-Loading the required amount of meals based on menu specifications, final
catering figures and ensure temperature is maintained with proper dry icing of meals prior to
removal from refrigeration, report to equipment/beverage packing areas to check equipment,
beverage flight setup with airline specifications to include dry icing of beverages and signoff on
checklist, communicates any shortages or substitutions with FFG shift manager on duty. Follow all
HACCP guidelines and be in compliance with all job requirements. Will be required to drive
catering truck to aircraft/assist catering if needed. Must pass a 10 year background check and
drug screening, possess a CDL B license-a plus, must be able to speak, read and write fluently in
English, customer service skills.
Station Attendants-Prepares, packages, wraps, assembles, counts, sets up station, sanitizes, cuts,
and mixes spreads, preps bacon, stacks, numbers tags, and package for shipping. Read
instructional charts or diagrams to determine amount and kinds of foods and supplies to be
packaged, or assembled into trays, containers or wrapped, maintains documentations. Inspect
finished product for compliance and appearance, must meet performance standards. Make sure
orders are correct when packed and product is checked. Previous experience highly desirable but
will train.
Cook II-Responsible for all facets of daily hot food production including presentation for airlines. 5
years of Cook experience with a minimum of 2 years as a Lead Cook in a high volume cooking
institution/airline catering. Experience with preparation/cooking of Kosher food. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills required.
Billing Clerk-Works with Account Managers, Marketing/Pricing Mgrs. And Admin. Manager to
maintain all customer profiles. This includes pricing information, schedules, specification sheets
and billing requirements. Minimum Associates Degree required prefers a Bachelor’s Degree.
Background in Accounting and/or AR, must have advance skills including the ability to create
formulas in Word and Excel.
