GENERAL INFORMATION FOR LOADING AND SHIPPING A) All projects should be sent twice. 1. Printed document with filled subscription, image or video files, CD/DVD and other media attachments. C) Projects and DEMO material will not be returned to attendees, it will be stored in our data bank. D) It is possible to fulfill all fields following our pattern guide or produce your own layout project as required in this guide. E) The individuals or the group can subscribe as many projects as they want. In this case, fill only once field 1 and 2 and the rest of the fields (3 to 8) should be filled as the segment chosen. (See project guide below) F) In case of group subscriptions, only one member should be identified as leader. Other individuals should be added as members. G) Cases that don´t match the items above should be handed to the crew for technical evaluation. H) We generally work into the 4 R´s concept, Reduce, Reuse, Restore and Recycle. SELECTION PROCESS A) The selection of proposals will be done by a trusteeship committee chosen by Universo Paralello Head Office. IV. COUNTERPART OFFERED BY THE FESTIVAL A) As we are an alternative culture festival, we work in an exchange system, volunteering and partnership. It depends on each and everyone’s effort. We believe it´s fundamental to exchange ideas in a tribal basis without seeking profit, cooperatively. We work in an allowance system!
