Position: Key Account Merchandiser
 Checks the stock inventory of products in the customers’ outlets and
advice respective sales reps of product display and stock positions.
Ensures that the outlets carry the maximum possible stock of the full
range of products and properly merchandises and rotates the stocks to
avoid either out of stock or expiry problems i.e. FIFO maintenance.
 Checks condition of own product displays to ensures correct facings and
positioning against competitors and fixes appropriate shelf strips, posters
and other point of sales materials and/or on-pack promos. Maintains the
product displays to the highest possible standard to create consumer
awareness and encourage off take
 Checks for any customer or consumer complaint in the outlets and makes
corrective action within his authority or reports the complaint to the Sales
Supervisor/Manager for proper disposition. Ensures that customer and
consumer complaints are immediately addressed.
 Monitors the competitors’ displays, prices and promotions in the
customers’ outlets and reports to the Sales Supervisor/Manager any
merchandising, price changes and promotional activities that affects his
sales objectives.
 Maintains personal customer service and close business relationship with
key customer accounts in his sales territory through regular visits.
 Ensures that assigned vehicle is regularly maintained in good and safe
operating condition and kept clean to project the quality image in the
trade.
 Maintains proper dress code and hygiene to promote the quality image of
Radwa the trade and observes the Company rules and regulations.
 Monitors display and report on quality issues that could be the basis of
customer complaints (gather and submit samples of defective products to
be addressed by appropriate party).

Position: Entry Level Operator Assistant (Well Stimulation)
JOB ROLE:
 Basic safety and repairing procedures using processes defined for the job,
to perform and complete preventative maintenance procedures, service
line equipment at the well site.
 Acidizing near-Wellbore cleanout to enhance well productivity as per
required Rate, Pressure & Volume at onshore rig or wells.
 Pressure test and bleed off, oversee the fluid level by using deep stick and
proper PPE.
 Making assistance to spot the seismic unit HT-400, Tankers and other
equipments to the designated areas.
 To make vehicle ready with necessary equipments for 24x7 field service
operation, pumping unit (HT-400) maintenance & repairing.
 To follow up the instructions and guidelines from Main Operator during
Rig up and Down (service line equipment at the well site).
 Working with irons (i.e. lines, wings, threads, valves, cross-over, crown, Tjoint, Transducer, Hoses) etc.
 Awareness about: Tight formation, MAASP, TBT, TRIC card, JSA, HMS, Rig

JOB ROLE:
 My role and duties over there to make Safe Journey Management to
dispatch scheduled service personnel or Crews to customer job sites and
company managed locations, Follows two way real time communication
between drivers and destination Dispatcher to achieve goal ‘0’ incident,
Fleet management during Rig or Convoy move.
 Ensuring compliance with Journey Management Criteria, Company
Transport Policies and Procedures and Legislation.
 Co-ordinate services and equipment for the location utilizing two-way
radio and other communications equipment, communicates with
customers and crews, scheduling, and services.
 Reports to and receives Job orders, instructions, and directions from the
Base Manager/Focal points. Assures resources are available, Reads and

vehicles to move materials and equipment to and from work locations.
