Facilitation Management Consultant Clearance Required: Active Top Secret with Polygraph Location: Fort Meade, MD Anticipated Start Date: Immediate Pending Customer Approval PCI has a funded opening on our Prime contract supporting the Agency in Ft Meade. The candidate shall provide on-going support to the S3S, the Data Acquisition Associate Directorate for Strategy, Programs, and Performance. The position requires creating, reviewing, and editing documents; working with databases and information tracking systems; creating graphics and presentations; and providing technical support for the office web pages. Strong computer and organization skills required, in addition to excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Expertise in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint required. Specific activities include: Working closely with customer registry offices regarding formal and information action tasking, implementing and utilizing the action tracking system to conform to organizational common practices. Reviewing all internal and external actions received; preparing action packages and tasking to appropriate points-of-contact; assigning/negotiating suspense dates and ensuring completeness and timeliness of actions. Ensuring customer leadership is kept informed of formal actions; logging and tracking actions, reviewing and processing all formal correspondence requiring coordination or signature by the leadership team. Ensuring the integrity, consistency and coherence of all correspondence. Assuring quality control on all formal correspondence. Maintaining internal action logs and external databases, when appropriate. Experience Requirements: Twelve (12) or more years experience in the facilitation and management of information flows essential to the effective conduct of executive level decision forums to include eight (8) years of combined experience demonstrating a broad representation of the following; coordinating the assignment and receipt of briefing materials and supporting documentation; coordination of executive level efforts necessary to document the status and disposition of action items; and development and utilization of action tracking databases. A Graduate or higher degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Program Management, Finance, or Accounting will be accepted in lieu of six (6) years of overall experience.
