KEY RESULT AREAS
Project Planning & Management: Directing evaluation of project, present cost / benefits analysis at
project decision points for construction of residential / commercial complex, Utility & Infrastructures.
Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with collaborators / promoters as well as project
scheduling including material & manpower planning. Anchoring on-site construction activities to ensure
completion of project within the time & cost parameters and effective resource utilization to maximize the
output. Participating in project review meetings for tracking project progress & de-bottlenecking &
implementation of QA/QC procedures as per norms and standards.
Contract Administration & Management: Maintaining sustained coordination among consultants,
contractors and clients. Appointing sub-vendors & sub-contractors for various activities & evaluating their
performance.. Valuating & executing (Sub) Contracting Works as well as negotiating, awarding and
reviewing (Sub) Contracts as per contract regimes. Supervising all construction activities including providing
technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with site management activities.
Materials Management: Directing the development and implementation of key procurement strategies /
contingency plans and ensuring that strategies & plans are aligned with project requirements. Developing
long-term partnerships with suppliers; managing day-to-day supplier performance to ensure meeting of
service, cost, delivery and quality norms. Planning and monitoring for work progress, material supply, subcontractors, equipment & labour resources for sites. Ensuring that equipment as well as materials received
are in accordance with the quantity & quality.
Site & Construction Management/Resource Planning: Supervising all construction activities including
providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction & coordination with Site Management.
Undertaking soil investigation and, field test, field quality control as well as concrete production and
installation. Leading of a team of engineers for various types of job and resolving bottlenecks. Coordinating
with Finance, Legal & Liaison Department & external entities.
Liaising: Liaising with external agencies, architects, consultants for determining technical specifications,
approvals for execution & obtaining on-time clearances. Working on proposals and contracts aimed at
developing external contracts. Coordinating with consultant, client and local authorities, etc. Coordinating
with the contactors, vendors, etc, ensuring smooth and profitable operations.
PROJECTS HANDLED
Handled all types of oil & petrochemical sector projects like EQUATE phase – 2 and New Booster station – 132
comprises the construction of sub-station building, road works, compressor foundation and equipment foundations
with the sophisticated clients M/s Fluor (KNPC) and M/s AMEC (KOC) respectively. Teamwork, scheduled time and
planning, well resource arrangement leads to early completion of the projects.
Moreover in addition, an environmental project named Oil pit remediation and reclaim at Wafra with Joint
Operations (Chevron) possess the quality and construction of remediate of existing oil pits and reclaim of the same
on the land surface of approx. 5 lakh quantity with field and laboratory test.

Involved in structural works and equipment foundations for Hyderabad LPG unit followed the basic safety rules of
construction and high-rise buildings for “Singapore class township project”. Obtained initial experience for the
construction of high-rise buildings from base foundation to the terrace slab casting.
Moreover got more experience in working with the new tools like lightweight AEROCON building blocks and terrace
tile.
