We promote diversity and want a workforce that reflects the population of Leeds. 1 Job Purpose: o Lead and coordinate whole school and setting change with headteachers, senior leaders, school staff, clusters and partner services within the Targeted Mental Health in Schools and Settings (TaMHS) Leeds project. o Improve universal and targeted health provision/outcomes in schools/settings using evidence based approaches through delivering and developing training and support on a range of Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health priorities and topics as defined by school and local priorities. Core Responsibilities: 1. Lead, manage, plan and coordinate support and training to staff in clusters, schools and specialist settings in Leeds to phase in the school/ setting capacity building aspect of the TaMHS project, providing bespoke leadership/management, guiding and facilitating the process as appropriate. 2. Collect, organise, evaluate and present output and outcome data from the project. 3. Coordinate and deliver as appropriate high quality self-evaluation support and CPD programmes for staff in schools and settings across clusters to improve universal and targeted EWMH, e.g. Resilience, targeted SEAL, attachment - in negotiation with headteachers /schools and in response to needs/view of children, young people and their families. 4. Help develop, build and deliver a leading local and national profile and trading position for EWMH and TaMHS with second to none web resources and regional/national training programmes in Emotional Wellbeing and Mental Health that promote and further develop innovative best practice. 5. Health behaviour change model: support a team approach to developing clear and simple outcome -led models / resources for TaMHS/EWMH, promoting evidence-based universal and targeted preventative activities 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient, consistent and streamlined systems with the whole school curriculum, especially PSHE. 7.
