The Government of the Republic of Sierra Leone has been allocated funds (the “Grant”) from the Global
Partnership for Education (GPE) and Multi Donor Trust Fund (MDTF) which are administered by the
International Development Association (the “Bank”) and executed by the Ministry of Education, Science
& Technology (“the Client”). The Ministry of Education, Science & Technology intends to apply part of the
funds to eligible payments for which this invitation is issued.
The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology on behalf of the Government of Sierra Leone now invites
sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply of the following:

Bidding is open to both domestic and foreign bidders who can demonstrate of having successfully
completed similar supplies, evidence of financial capability and evidence to demonstrate that the Goods
it offers meet the usage requirements(more detailed is found in the bidding documents). No domestic
preference shall be given to domestic bidders.
Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at Office of the
Procurement Specialist, REDi-SL Secretariat, Planning Directorate Building, Ministry of Education, Science
& Technology, New England Ville, Freet own between 9:00 a.m to 5:00 pm. Bidding documents may be
purchased upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Le 250,000.00
