DECT or Wi-Fi?
Normally is infrastructure dependant, but also consider:
DECT
Wi-Fi
Secure, separate network
Leverage the Wi-Fi Network
Messaging and alarms*
Advanced applications*
Simpler, feature rich devices
Choice of user interfaces
Easier to implement
No gateways required
Minimal management required
Future app development
* Requires additional applications from third party vendors.
