Coriakin- the magician who was responsible for uglifying the Dufflepuds.
Dufflepuds- only have one foot and have to jump around. Known for not using the most common sense.
Ramandu- the keeper of the last island that the crew comes to.
Lord Rhoop- was found wondering lost in the Dark Island.
Lord Octesian- his treasure was found in the dragon’s cave. Thought to have passed away on Dragon Island.
Discussion Question: Aslan appears to the crew of the Dawn Treader many times during the voyage. Each time
he appears, he brings a different message to the crew. Choose one of these occurrences and discuss what
happened in the book, what C.S. Lewis was really trying to say through the message, and why you think Lewis
included the message in the book?
