PROFILE
I am a former MVP, MCSD and MCDBA and have written six books (mostly for
Microsoft Press). My first book was released in 2005, Building Intelligent .NET
Applications.
I am also a Certified Salesforce Developer and I am halfway through pursuing
the Salesforce Advanced Developer certification. I am also currently designing
a series of courses for Lynda.com about Salesforce development.
My greatest strength is the ability to understand highly complex systems and
then be able to communicate and train others how to use these systems. I
excel at working with undocumented and new technologies.
