Senior Developer (Lead)
Presales and Lead development role on several projects, including requirements gathering, mentoring,
database design, development of Windows applications, web pages, and writing of stored procedures and
middle-tier objects. Used both Agile/XP and waterfall approaches on projects.
 Executive Intelligence Suite: Wrote several Windows and web applications that communicate with
various .NET web services to provide executive intelligence (cheat sheets for executives about other
executives) by combining information from multiple databases, including Siebel, Sql Server and Excel
spreadsheets. Designed a custom security principal architecture for use with the system. Primary
Technologies are C#, Sql Server 2000.
 Reseller/End User Integration System: Worked with a team of client and Ascentium developers to
develop a system for integrating a CRM system, Accounting System, Home-grown security
infrastructure, Web Site, Reseller and End Users for a hardware manufacturer. The system is expected
to generate several million dollars in revenue per year. The reporting that goes with it will also allow
for 10's of millions of dollars in revenue generation due to increased business intelligence. Primary
technologies are C#, Sql Server 2000, Onyx, Great Plains, Biztalk 2004.
 E-Book Engine: Lead a small team of developers in porting a Perl script to a full-fledged C# E-book
generation engine and portal website. Automated the process of converting word and rtf documents to
13 different formats of E-Books. Also architected and implemented the first version of an automated
distribution system using the publishing industry's Onix XML standard. Primary technologies: XML,
C#, ASP.NET, Sql Server 2000, MS Office.
 Multiple for Microsoft and MSN: Served as lead developer on team tasked with creating 3-tier,
automated maintenance of online advertising campaigns for Microsoft.com. Lead a small team to
rewrite the Microsoft.com/hardware consumer website almost entirely with XSLT. Wrote online
authorized education reseller application system for helping vendors sell Microsoft products to
educational users. Wrote reports for analyzing a variety of user trends for MSN narrowband business
reports summarized tens of millions of rows of data.
 Internal Projects: Conducted interviews for technical candidates, served on the company's
morale/event committee, lead a team to maintain the internal billing/forecasting tool, conducted "brown
bag" technical presentations for technical staff, management, and clients.

Sr. Developer working on a new product (Weblogic Workshop) to revolutionize the way webservices are
written by Java Developers.
 Graphical Webservice Editor: Designed and Implemented a VB-like graphical editor developer tool
for designing webservices in java. Written entirely in Java Swing/AWT with custom dynamic rendering
of complex metadata. The result of the design would generate EJB components for use with Weblogic
Server 7.0. Also wrote menuing, dialogs, and drag n' drop file WSDL importer.
 WEBDAV Client and Server: Wrote a WEBDAV JSP client and Servlet that could synchronize a
remote and local file system seamlessly. Wrote MFC (C++ windows program) that could also
communicate with the WEBDAV server.
 Feature Design and Prototyping: Wrote several specs and prototypes for features in Weblogic
Workshop including the status bar, menuing system and graphical webservice editor.
