2014 Republican Candidates for NC Appellate Judicial Races
Vote for Conservative Judges in 2014!
There is one nonpartisan judicial primary on May 6th. Incumbent Justice Robin Hudson (D), Judge Eric Levinson (R), and
attorney Jeanette Doran (R) are running. The candidates will NOT be identified by political party on the ballot, and all voters regardless of their political registration - may vote for only one of the three candidates. Since it is a nonpartisan primary, the
top 2 vote-getters will advance to face off in the November 4th general election, regardless of political party. Therefore, it is
entirely possible that we may have 2 Republicans face off in the general election if they receive the most votes in the
primary. Actually, as conservatives and Republicans, this is what we prefer to have happen.
The race for Chief Justice features two registered Republicans – Justice Mark Martin and Judge Ola Lewis; however, there is
no primary since only two candidates are running. Therefore, Justice Martin and Judge Lewis will face off on Nov. 4th.
