****** IMPORTANT NOTICES ******
T-Shirts – We have a few T Shirts in Red, Burgundy, Blue and Orange from various events over the last
couple of years available in sizes Small to XXL. They cost £2 and if you would like one it will be done on
a first come first serve basis. We will bring them to Club each week from 1st September so bring your
£2, see Paul and get yourself another Club T Shirt.
Fish and Chip Supper 15th September – Cost for fish and chips £5, Sausage and chips £3.50 and
just chips £2.00. Please bring money on the night. Club will supply bread and butter, sauces etc.
Please make sure you are at club by 7pm at the latest so we can get the order in to the Fish and Chip
shop in plenty of time.
Bournemouth Holiday 2014 – If you have booked a place on this Trip you should by now have
received a letter advising you of the balance that is outstanding. Many of you have paid this and for
those who haven’t the final balance is due by 1st October unless you are paying weekly. If you have any
problems paying then please see me asap. Once I have confirmation that everyone who has booked to
go is still going then I will be in a position to give any spare places to those of you on the waiting list.
Majorca Holiday 2015 – Places for this holiday are filling fast and there are only a few remaining. If
you would like to go and have lost the information then please let me know. Otherwise to secure a place
please bring £20 deposit ASAP (returnable if the trip doesn’t go ahead).
Pantomime Trip – We are trying to arrange a trip to see a Pantomime either before or after Christmas
and are trying to establish how many of you would be interested in going. Please complete the attached
form to indicate whether you would like to go on a trip like this.
Bowling Night October 6th – Please see attached note regarding the bowling night at the Ocean
Bowling – Please note there will be no club at the rugby club that night.
Club Times – Please can I remind you that Club is open from 6.30pm to 9pm every Monday unless
advised otherwise. Please do not arrive before 6.30pm in case we are running late and not there to open
up. Thanks 
Member Details – We will be shortly sending everyone a member details form to be completed and
returned to us. It is important that this is completed accurately so that we have the correct information
should anything happen to you whilst at Club

Arrange Taxis / Lifts for 9.15pm from the Bowling Alley
Cost:
£5 per person
Food :
Sausage and Chips is included in the price along with a game of Bowling
Vegetarians please let Emma know.

Additional money required for drinks (prices will be higher than the
tuckshop)
