READ OF THE MONTH February 2016 The Road that Leads to Life: Lent and Easter with Pope Francis By: Pope Francis "While we cross the Lenten 'desert', we keep our gaze fixed upon Easter, which is the definitive victory of Jesus against the Evil One, against sin and against death. Now let us enter into the desert without fear, because we are not alone: we are with Jesus, with the Father and with the Holy Spirit." Pope Francis takes us on the journey through the season of Lent, a time of special contemplation, through Holy Week to the time of joy that is Eastertide. This booklet is available on the window sill near the CTS stand for £1 each during February.
