municipal operations
 Estimated project duration (1st phase) – five years
 Estimated budget – € 21.2 million over five years

 Municipality change from function-oriented to clientoriented organisation
 Introduction of “Single Point of Access” policy and
“Multi Channel Access” strategy for providing
municipal services to citizens and employees
 Building information society and adding extra value to
