• MH includes two parts: the auditorium and Chungshan
National Gallery. The auditorium sits more than 2
thousand people and is the largest indoor national class
venue for all kinds of performances , such as musical or
dance shows, or dramas. Chungshan National Gallery is
also a national class art gallery with an expansive space
that offers an expansive view. This allows the visitors to
walk through the gallery comfortably and enjoy the
exhibition.

• The building is 30.4 meters tall and takes up
100, 000 meters. The main building is
supported by 14 columns, which gives the
facility a significant outlook. One very
special feature of this facility is the yellow
rooftop. With a upturn shape, the building
looks like an eagle flying up to the sky.

MH enjoys a location advantage because it is
surrounded by a beautiful park. In this
Chung Shan Park, there is a lake, a health
trail and several recreation areas for visitors
to spend some quality time with their friends
and family.

Special Features
• MH is a special performance facility because
it not only has the national-class performing
venue and art gallery, but also has an
artificial lake and health trail. For TPE
citizens, it is not only the top choice of
performance facility, but also a recreation
area for the citizens. It is a multifunction
purpose facility.

• Frida Kahlo painting exhibition can be hosted in
National Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall because of its
interior design and accessibility. The interior of the art
gallery offers an expansive space for the visitors to
appreciate the paintings. The audience can get there by
MRT and not to worry about the parking and the traffic.
Besides, if people are bored with the paintings, they can
have fun and relax in the Chung Shan Park. Therefore,
it’s a suitable place for people to appreciate Frida Kahlo
painting exhibition and to relax.
