1. System Overview
1 System Overview
Cloud Release Web is successfully developed based on new IOT (Internet of
Things) and cloud computing technology. Users can login in Cloud Release Web
which provides one-stop services including cloud management of information release,
cloud transaction of resources and convenient cloud payment. Efficient information
delivery could be realized in three platforms of Windows, Linux and Android. For
those enterprises which couldn’t or unsuitable to use Cloud Release Web, such as
government sectors, public security system and some schools without network, we
can also provide whole LAN solutions to build personal panel information release
management system.
Cloud Release management system is widely used in fields such as indoor
advertising, product shows and man-machine interaction, which managed by the
server and controls the playing contents of all stations in the net and terminals, the
management of materials, patterns and authorization, as well as the issue of tasks. The
client side could play videos, pictures, texts and other materials in one terminal while
at the same time provide personal interactive inquiring system for users to access
information through touching the panel. The system’s unique managing mode of
division of departments and controlling by center offers for the commercial users
enables internet-based info release to a wide array of designated remote display
terminals and devices in real time, as well centralized management and monitoring.
The system is also a modern smart platform with centralization, intelligence and
convenience which supports multiple media documents such as video, pictures, texts,
webpage and PowerPoint.
The internet-based Cloud Release management system overthrows traditional
advertising ways of ads and media with its efficient update, unified system
management and multiple displaying forms, leading the ads and media industry to a
new development era.

Picture supports: JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP
Text supports: TXT, UTF-8
Other supports: SWF, HTML, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX.
Programming pages: change programming style, create programs and template
database, edit terminal displaying pattern, add playing materials, and preview, release,
modify and delete program.
Terminal management pages: including all the operations for terminals such as
editing and releasing ways, print screen, voice setting, blogs, remote restart and
shutdown, program operations, reports of hard disks, parameters of terminals and its
upload, adjusting window operations and startup & shutdown, and unlocking.
Authorization management pages: check all the terminals’ name, authorization
number, valid time, valid days, expiration time, conditions and the terminal renewing
of an account.
