Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (Req #1271) Position Location: Intematix Corporate Headquarters, Fremont, Ca Reports to: Sr. Director, Marketing General Purpose/Objectives: This position is primarily responsible for providing sales, marketing and customer services project management support in a team environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate extensively with sales product marketing, engineering, logistics and manufacturing to create strategic and creative solutions for customer requests. Develop sales collateral for sales team and channel partners. Support pre-sales requirements for customers requiring updated documentation. Manage incoming leads from phone and internet and deliver qualified leads to the sales team. Assist sales and product marketing departments with account management involving customer interactions on the phone. Support marketing projects such as managing and editing the external website, creating and working on presentation materials and coordinating customer and marketing events offsite. Support logistical efforts related to trade shows and company events worldwide. Assist with planning and execution of new product launches. Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations and other material as needed for internal and external meetings. Required Qualifications: A Bachelor Degree in a technical field or equivalent. Experience and familiarity with solid state lighting, LED components and lighting system a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint software applications. Demonstrated skills to manage a multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment. Must be self motivated with a passion for success. Prefer someone who enjoys the entrepreneurial atmosphere of a fast growing company.
