Assignment objectives
• To create a simple photograph of a commercially
sold product. (Box)
• The photograph must provide a realistic visual
idea to the consumer of what the box and
contents will look like in the actual product
• This type of photograph is usually used to
launch a new product or used in catalog
infomercials
• Elements of the packaging should be seen
exactly like the real product (size , color ,
perspective)

Assignment requirements
• Box (Preferably medium to large size)
• 3 sides (Front , Top , Side)
• A sample of the contents in the box must be
photographed outside the packaging
• Background : gradation from black to color
• Maintain the product original shape. Avoid
distortion of product. (Uses of digital imaging
may be permitted to alter slight perspective
error)
