The stormwater collection system installed in Parking
Lot R is designed so that we will be sending runoff
water to the Wisconsin River as infrequent as once
every 25 to 50 years.
Biological filters (rains gardens) have been installed at
the surface throughout the lot to remove suspended
solids prior to re-charging the groundwater in the area
of the parking lot
The Lot R is lit with some of the first LED site lighting in the area.
LED lighting is seen on the left versus the typical High Pressure
Sodium lighting on the right.
