Attach a copy of each assessment instrument, if possible. o Quizzes and exams were used to assess the student’s ability to define and use Old Testament terms. For each assessment, list and/or describe the standard or benchmark to which outcomes will be compared. o Questions were selected at random from quizzes 1, 2, the mid-term exam and the final exam to demonstrate student learning. Students should score at least 75 on the questions. Describe and/or provide data on the outcomes (results) of the assessments o Random question #1 (quiz 1)—80% of students got this question correct. o Random questions #2 (quiz 1)—100% of the students got this question correct. o Random question #3 (mid-term)—75% of the students got this question correct. o Random question # 4 (final exam)—100% of students got this question correct. Students should score at least 75% on the questions. o In student forums, students will demonstrate a knowledge of OT history measured by a standard rubric.
