His organization provides analytical coverage across all functional units of the business for every property in the Enterprise. Operating departments within the organization include Marketing Analytics, Finance and Capital Planning, Gaming Analytics, Revenue Management, Hospitality/Ops/Labor Analytics, Data Logistics and Business Intelligence, and On Property Support. He has worked at Caesars Entertainment since August 2005 and has held various roles in Revenue Management, Business Intelligence, Planning and Analysis, and Business Strategy. Prior to working at Caesars, he worked for Princess Cruises within their Analytics organization and as a consultant in Ernst and Young's National Cash Management Practice. Ruben has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Finance/Business Administration from the University of Kansas. Gene Lee Gene Lee is Enterprise Director of Business Intelligence Advanced Analytics. He graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Applied Math with a Computer Science concentration. He received his MBA from the Yale School of Management with concentrations in Strategy and Operations. He started his career with Caesars in 2011 and leads the team that leverages statistics to solve problems in Revenue Management, Gaming, Marketing and Finance.
