Sign our equipment check-out form HOW TO RETURN OUR EQUIPMENT 1. Be sure you are returning all equipment as listed on the enclosed item list 2. Reset Math Password Reset your password Reset your Keychain • If you forget your password, or need to reset it for any reason, please go to: • When changing a password outside of using your Mac, be sure to reset your Mac’s login.keychain to match your MATH password. password.asc.ohio-state.edu • Use your OSU name.# and OSU password to authenticate, and then we recommend setting the ASC/MATH password to match your OSU password. • This can best be done using Keychain Minder, installed on all Macs.
