Please complete each field of the request form, save the form and send via email to
odi-studyskills@osu.edu. You may also submit the form to our office located on the Ground
Floor of Hale Hall. Requests for resources will be filled within 2 business days. A
program representative will contact you via email when your request has been
processed.
Study materials will be bundled. The bundle, in most cases, will include the most recent
quizzes and exams for the courses requested. The Tutoring Program does not distribute
class notes, homework assignments, laboratory assignments, research papers, or essay
papers. The Tutoring Program does not accept student requests for specific exams from
specific semesters or instructors.
Study and review materials should be used for practice only. These resources should not
take the place of reading the text, studying/reviewing updated course materials on a regular
basis, or attending lecture/recitation/lab. Because the resources are collected from previous
students for their value as practice materials only, any solutions not yet removed are not
guaranteed to be correct and should not be assumed as such.
