Provide classroom training (e.g. computer literacy, English lessons, career development). Teach and mentor students. Oversee programme and liaise with YCI regional coordinator, local nonprofit partner and other hotels in market. AN INTRODUCTION TO THE YOUTH CAREER INITIATIVE Governance YCI Council YCI Operations Committee • Aim: To support the set-up, growth and sustainability local programme, ensuring adherence to core standards. • Made up of General Managers of partner hotels, Director of coordinating NGO, chair of Operations Committee and YCI Team representative. • Aim: To manage the day-today operations of local programme, ensuring delivery in accordance with core standards. • Made up of Directors of Human Resources, Training Managers, project manager from the non-profit partner and YCI Team representative.
